When offering CSR services, we are taking into account the expectations of the company’s target group, firm’s capabilities, as well as opinions and preferences of its employees. CSR can serve as a tool building a positive image of company on the outside, but also supporting the internal communication.

From all of CSR operations, it is worth highlighting the employer branding actions. Good image of products and services often goes hand in hand with the company being perceived as a good employer. If the current and potential employees speak well of the firm, they usually also speak well of its products. An added value of the business is, above all, the fact that every employee becomes a sort of ambassador of the company and of its products.
